Standard 50-minute appointment: $250.
After hours 50-minute appointment: $285.

Our fees are considerably below the Australian Psychological Society’s recommended rate of $311 for a 50-minute appointment.

Please note that Medicare rebates are available for clients with a GP referral and Mental Health Care Plan. Up to ten rebated sessions are available per calendar year (between January and December), depending on your needs. The current rebate is $145.25, which leaves a gap fee (out of pocket cost) of $104.75 per session ($139.75 for after hours appointments). Please note that you are required to pay the full session fee on the day. We generally do this by charging the card securely stored on file. We are then able to process the Medicare rebate on your behalf, which will be paid into your nominated bank account, usually within 2 business days.

We also offer appointments for privately paying clients who are unable to or elect not to access a GP referral/Mental Health Care Plan. Clients with appropriate psychology cover on their private health insurance can request a receipt of payment which can be used to obtain a rebate from their insurer.

We offer sessions to couples to help address their relationship concerns and find a path forward. Both face-to-face and telehealth options are available.

Standard 50-minute session: $285.
Extended 90-minute session: $385.
After hours 50-minute session: $335.

Rowena is a Board-approved supervisor and offers supervision for:

-Provisional psychologists completing the 5+1 pathway.
-Students completing placement(s) in Master of Psychology (Clinical) programs.
-Clinical psychology registrars.
-Generally registered psychologists, including for CPD purposes.
-Other medical and allied health professionals.

Both face-to-face and telehealth options are available.

1-hour supervision session (individual): $225.
1.5-hour supervision session (individual): $300.
1-hour supervision session (group): $300 (cost can be shared between up to 4 participants).
1.5-hour supervision session (group): $420 (cost can be shared between up to 4 participants).
